Collection of your Personal Information
Company collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Company. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, pages visited, and other visit-related data. This information is used by Company for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the service.
Use of your Personal Information
Company collects and uses your personal information (such as your name, email address, return address and an account password which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access) in order to operate the service and deliver the services you have requested. Company stores, processes, and maintains contact lists, recipient addresses, and other data related to your account in order to provide the service to you. Company may contact you via the contact information you provided during registration in order to assist, process or close an order or for any other service related issue. When you send email or other communication to Company, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. Users must identify themselves via an e-mail and password to access, change or remove the information associated with an account. We may decline to process requests that we deem unreasonable (require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required). Changes can either be made in the account management area, or you may request changes by emailing or submitting via the website.
Security of your Personal Information
Company secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Company secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information is transmitted by the website or service, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Company does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Company may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, Company may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email, send postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Company, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. Company will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Company or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Company; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Company, or the public.

Company will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. Company encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how Company is protecting your information.
If Company becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, your contact information will be transferred to the new partner or owner, and the proper legal processes, if any, will be followed at that time to notify you of this change. Company welcomes your comments regarding this Statement of Privacy.
